The BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) is an Australian nationally
recognised postgraduate qualification designed for professionals to lead organisational
learning, capability development, and strategic management. This AQF Level 8 course takes
2 years to complete, focuses on practical skills like strategic transformation, organisational
change, and innovative thinking for roles such as RTO managers or HR senior consultants

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and
skills in organisational learning and capability development. Individuals in these roles
generate and evaluate complex ideas. They also initiate, design and execute major learning
and development functions within an organisation. Typically, they would have full
responsibility and accountability for others’ personal output and work. This qualification
may apply to leaders and managers in an organisation that uses learning to build
organisational capability.

Requirements

There are no other entry requirements specified in the training package. Salisbury College Australia recommends that learners wanting to study have a Diploma or Advanced Diploma qualification or equivalent, or Relevant workplace experience in management or supervision.

However, it is usual for students to own or have ready access to a computer and a willingness to learn.
